Our products are sourced and fulfilled through third-party suppliers, including CJ Dropshipping. As such:

  • Product availability is subject to supplier stock levels and may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if a product becomes unavailable after purchase.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes and minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to manufacturing or display differences.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates provided by our fulfillment partners and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days before dispatch, depending on supplier processing times.
  • Once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible if fulfillment has already begun.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Returns & Refunds
